Custom Silk Screened T shirts

Factors to keep expenses lower, decrease production time on your Custom T shirts.

• Hanes, Jerzees, Gildan, and Fruit of the Loom in standard sizes (s-xl) are the cheapest route to go.
• White or light colored garments are less expensive than darks.
• Printing all of your garments the same way keeps costs down.
• Costs rise with more colors per design, and with more print locations per Tshirt.

No Minimum Order

To be candid, most of the time, the most cost effective sized runs are in the hundreds, but we know many of our customers don’t have a need for that kind of volume. Team sports need short runs, and so do small businesses with only a few employees. We’re here to help. If you need just a few, we’ll tell you that you might want to do at least 24 pieces, but we’ll do smaller runs if that’s what you need. The key to remember is that short runs are more expensive per unit to run, and if you’re O.K. with that, then so are we.

We love BIG orders too!

One of the best ways to get awesomely low prices on T-shirts is to have really big production runs. We have an automatic screen printing press, and we love to use it. When you have jumbo sized orders, we can pass along a nice savings to you. Mass production is where the silk screen process really excels over other processes used to create custom t-shirts, as the cost of the inks are relatively low, and the setup time can be spread amongst many units.
